March 4, 2025Respiratory infections and recurrent wheezing can be concerning for parents, especially in young children. At C&R Research Services USA, we are conducting a clinical research study to evaluate a potential new treatment for children experiencing wheezing episodes or a history of severe respiratory infections.
We are seeking children between 6 months and 5 years old who have had either a severe respiratory infection within 30 days before screening or 2 to 3 episodes of wheezing in the past 12 months. This study offers access to specialized pediatric care, investigational treatments, and financial compensation for participation.
Purpose of the Study
This study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational treatment for young children with recurrent wheezing or severe respiratory infections. Participants will receive:
- Comprehensive medical evaluations at no cost
- Ongoing supervision by pediatric specialists
- Access to an investigational treatment that is not yet publicly available
- Financial compensation for time and participation
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, children must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 6 months and 5 years old
- Have had a severe respiratory infection within 30 days before screening OR
- Have experienced 2 to 3 episodes of wheezing in the past 12 months
- Live in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, or surrounding areas
